The loss prevention and safety risk management activities of Global Insurance Managers are directed by Bill Kessler and his portfolio of risk control specialists.  With more than three decades' experience in occupational safety across manufacturing and construction sectors, Bill also served as a Deputy Commissioner of Labor in charge of Indiana's OSHA voluntary compliance program.  in addition, his considerable experience with construction risk management and human resources in the private sector provides him with a keen insight into potential risk control issues our clientele may encounter.
